On PAYE, the IEA view is retrogressive for Kenya. If anything, higher incomes say, above kes 1 million per month should even be taxed at 60%. There are many justifications for this. However the high tax bands in Kenya kick-in too early.

I know that most if not all roads have drainage installed under them, but the flooding shown by most vlogs, is beyond what any ordinary drain can manage. So the question is, are large open storm drains such as that which crisscrosses Jamaica's capital Kingston, not built? Without these drains Kingston would be unlivable. They vary between 30 and 100 feet wide and 30 and 50 feet deep. The flood carnage shown in Nairobi every year, can't continue. A modern city must control floods, not the other way around.
